Tiwatope Savage popularly known by her stage name as Tiwa Savage is a Nigerian songwriter, an actress, a dancer, an investor and as well as a singer. She is known as one of the top Nigerian musicians with the hottest vibes. She has won so many awards in the cause of her movies career. Tiwa Savage is not only known in Nigeria but she is known in the whole Africa and the whole at large.

She was born on the 5th of February 1980 in Ikeja local government area of Lagos state. She later relocated to London alongside her family members she she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent, England. Having graduated from the University of Kent, she proceeded to Berklee College of Music in Boston where she later graduated with a professional music degree.

Durin her stays in Music school, she associate herself with some prominent alumni of the school such as Scott Coleman, Radar Ellis, Dairen Dorsey, Keith Harris and Derek Pate. Tiwa Savage later got married to the love of her heart, Tunji Balogun popularly known as "Tee Billz" in the year 2014. Their wedding took place at Armani Hotel in Dubai and had in attendance so many public figures.

Tiwa Savage is also a professional player of trombone instrument, she used to play this when she was still in higer institution for her school's orchestral band. At a very tender age of 16 year-old, she did a backup vocals for George Michael and Mary J Blige respectively. She received lots of criticism and discouragement from friends and as well as her families members when she first planned to bring her music career back to her fatherland, Nigeria. After relocated back to Nigeria, she released her first single titled "Kele Kele Love", a movie which gains her lots of followers in Nigeria.

Apart fro her music career, she has once work with the Royal Bank of Scotland after graduating from the University. She has also been featured in several Nigerian Nollywood movies such as; For Colored Girls, Nigerian Idiol. So far in her movies career, she has been featured alongside some top Nollywood actors and actresses such as; Matilda Obaseki, Jumoke Ladi Lawal, Reanne Opia,Joke Silva and many others.

In the year 2006, Tiwa Savage took part in the United Kingdom edition of the x-Factor, a music competition which was proudly sponsored by the SYCOtv. In the competition, she was so unfortunate for her that she couldn't make it to the grand finale. According to Tiwa savage, it was such a painful experience for her.

In the year 2016, she signed a multi million endorsement deal with the Roc Nation. She has been described as the first Nigerian female artist to be endorsed by Pepsi. She is also the current ambassador to Star Maggi, Forte Oil, Star Radler and many others. She has also collaborated with so many top Musicians in Nigeria such as; Praiz, Wizkid, Timi Dakolo, Pamela Egoh, Korede Bello just to mention but few.

Tiwa Savage is also into a music production, she has produced so many songs under her production label titled "333 Entertainments". She later joined the Marvins record which is proudly owns by Don Jazzy in the year 2012 as a recording artist. Her first collaborative album under the Marvins records titled "Dorobuci" was released on the 1st of May 2014. She later left the Marvins family and joined an international record label called "Universal Music Group" in May 2019.

Aside being a musical artist, she is also a philanthropist. She owns a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) which aims is to help and assists the less privileged ones most especially the orphans. Indeed, Tiwa Savaw is a character every music lovers would love to watch on television.
